Extension fense for Jessem Master Slide
I am embarrassed to post this. I added the Jessem sliding fixture to my table saw. It took some time to allign it properly. But the people at Jessem were very helpful. Maximum crosscut length is 48.” I reasoned that I could add a shop made auxillary fence to the slider to extend my cross cut capability. I used oak which I jointed square and added a t-track and a flip stop. I attached the auxillary fence with T-bolts and star nuts to T-tracks on the front of Jessem’s fence. Test cuts with the auxillary fence attached were not square. Yet without the auxillary fense in place, test cuts are perfectly square.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

From your description, I would have to say you have 1 of 2 possible problems. Either your aux fence is not a consistent thickness or your method of attaching it is not holding the aux fence exactly flat against the Jessum fence.
