Yes! Actually the cord need not be as heavy as if it were 115 volts. Just go to your hardware and get the diferent plugs and make up your own. There is no magic just because it is 220 volt. You may want to check on the amperage draw when deciding on the guage of your extension cord. It sounds to me as if you already have your saw hooked to 220 volt so maybe the only thing you need is a new longer cord and reuse your exiting ends, unless they are moulded on.

thank you much! electrics aren't my specialty but i'll see what i can come up with.
The whole idea of having your tablesaw operating on 240 volts is to maximize the efficiency of the motor and if operated properly, you will probably seldom if ever have the dreaded "bog down" that machines operating on 120 volts experience. I extended the power cord on my General 350 by replacing the cord with a suitable length of 12/3 industrial cab tire available at Home Depot. I used the original plug and because of the large guage wire, there is no voltage drop over the sixteen feet of power cord. The change over took less than thirty minutes.
If you use smaller guage cable, there will be a voltage drop, and then where is the efficiency of the motor? Good luck!
