I see this is your first post, so let me welcome you to Knots.
There has been considerable discussion about the EZ Smart system, and its competitor from Festool.

I should also warn you that each system has its fierce advocates, and sometimes the discussions are heated.

When you do your search, you'll see a lot of opinions on this matter. To prevent confusion, you should not necessarily see the Festool and EZ Smart systems as "competitors."
My suggestion would be to assess what you want to do with the tools. That would help determine which path is best.
