Factory Re-conditioned Uni-saw.. $1099

I was at Redmond and Son here in Atlanta this morning picking up a new Band-saw and ask what was the best deal on a table saw they had. Barry walked me over to what I thought at first glance was a new Uni-saw with a price sticker of $1099.
Normal factory re-co is $1598 I believe. New paint, tables re-machined to get any scuffs out.. worked over well IMO. They had purchased 100 of them a month ago from Delta. They have 30 left I was told….

Looks like a good deal. After all there is absolutely nothing on a Unisaw that can't be completely refurbished with a change of parts. Should be exactly as good as new.
Yup,That's one of the few thing that may actually be BETTER refurbished than new.I wish I was a bit closer as I'm sure freight would blow the deal.Thanks,
