I received the email appended below today, Feb. 07. About a month ago (Jan. 2023) I received an email indicating my automatic renewal would occur in a few days. This email contained in the correct credit card information (last 4 digits & expiration date). I have given due consideration to calling the customer service number, but I have decided it is probably best to “cut my loses” and move on. I have found this forum to contain a wealth of tips, tricks, and helpful information.
