Was looking between the dowel wizard and the dowl it 1000. Y’all have a preference or another recommendation? Do these come with the bit and collet for proper depth?

I bought the dowel max a year ago or so. I love it. https://www.dowelmax.com/
I second the Dowelmax - had it for at least a decade and while a bit expensive it has made quick work of hundreds of joints over the years! In general I wouldn't use it for "Fine Furniture", but I wouldn't use dowels anyways in those instances!
I use Dowl It 2500. Found this tool quite accurate and precise with a self-centering system which is exactly what’s necessary for successful drilling. Bought my on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/2500-Centering-2-Inch-capacity-tapped/dp/B00B5118K4/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=dowelit+2500&qid=1580697404&s=hi&sr=1-1
Milescraft makes a good one, not an expensive one.
