So far no regrets. The tool is easy to setup and very accurate. It is very addictive too.
In my humble hobbyist experience, I find the tool umbeatable to do face frames. I have used several technics of joinery in the past from cutting mortise and tenon by hand to poket hole joinery (the list is quite long) and the domino beats all the methods both in accuracy and speed.
Wood magazine just came out with a review of loose mortise and tenon systems. The review included the Domino, Dowelmax, BeadLOCK and a Porter Cable biscuit joiner. The two that were recommended were the Domino and the Dowelmax. The Dowelmax had the best performance when it came to shear and pull-apart test but the Domino won when it came to time to make a joint. My personal favorite, the BeadLOCK came in dead last when rated against the other systems but it was stronger tha the Domino when tested against shear. I still love my BeadLOCK.

Here's a recent thread on the Domino:

Most of the useful info is in the first half of the thread, but it deteriorated from there.
My own summary: expensive, but good machine for what it does.

You gave little context or background so it's hard to say much more than it's a well engineered tool that does what it says. In addition to the thread suggested by Nikkiwood, you should also visit the Festool Owners Group, where you will find a plethora of comments about the Domino.

Over here on Knots, the various attitudes might be summed up as follows:
Tool freaks - Gotta have the latest tool and this one will change woodworking as we know it.
Thrifties - Too expensive and don't want to be locked in to pricey consummables.
Toolies - Already have a bigger and better machine that does the same thing.
Traditionalists - The mortise and tenon joint has been around since god's dog was a puppy and it suite me fine.
Do not read into this any implied perjorative concerning any of the above "positions". People are different with different needs, wants and preferences; and thank god for that.
