I just made some file drawers and can’t find file hangars to stick on the sides to hold letter size files. Anyone know of a source? Thanks..

Bill, Rockler (http://www.rockler.com) sells them. I'd give a product number (I just did a quick look at their print catalog), but they have a variety of solutions.

Look, I made a hat -- Where there never was a hat!
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Going to the sight now.

I bought some at Wally World. Free standing, not the best, but they work well.

Bill,
Those above told you where to buy file hanging hardware, but here's another tip for neat, Pendaflex file hangers:
For letter size files, make your file drawer's inside width 12 1/4-inches, (or depth, on lateral file drawers), and make the inside height 9 1/8-inch minimum. Then attach a 1/8 by 1-inch aluminum flat bar to the inside, with at least 1/4-inch of the bar exposed above the drawer's top edge. For legal size files, increase the width/depth to 15 1/4-inches. To attach the flat bar, you'll have to drill and countersink it for flat head screws, and you'll need only one screw at each end and one in the middle, or more for drawers that more than 24-inches wide/deep.
If I can, I like to make the drawers wider/deeper and add a divider on which I attach one of the aluminum hangers. This leaves a space to neatly store unused folders.
I hope this helps.

Gary, thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, I had already made the drawers and was seeking the most expedient (I'm lazy) way to get my files in. I do admire your type of enterprise. Thanks again.
