I’m building several storage cabinets, interior use with a paint finish. There will be areas of exposed plywood edges, and I’m wondering about ways to fill to make smooth. I’ve heard of using yellow glue or Bondo. Which is best/easiest, and are there more/better ways? Thanks, lostcreek

a number of my pieces involve exposed ply ends - I route for a good look and fill with a stainable wood filler and sand - it usually takes me two or three goes to get it right but I and others have liked the outcome so there ya go.
drywall joint compound
EDIT: sorry - hit reply while I was sitting on the wrong entry. Possible I will figure it out some day.
Bondo would work great - probably overkill !
Most interior wood putty's are enough -
I like the water based ones - they sand easy
