Andy,
At a recent seminar in Richmond, VA you mentioned final dressing of water stones with a ceramic stone. I failed to write down the grit of the ceramic stone. What was it?
Thanks.

Hey, wdcanu! I'm sorry I didn't see your Q until now.
The stone in question is a 320-grit Shapton ceramic stone. I just looked at Japanesetools.com's website, the purveyor of Shapton stones, and they call it the Professional Stone (Blue-Black, #320). At 320-grit, it will dress your honing stones quickly and efficiently.
