I have all the parts for two adirondack chairs cut, sanded and ready to put together. My question is, “Since these chairs will be left outside all the time should I prime before assembly for maximum protection against humidity changes or should I just put toghether then prime and paint?”

You bet,a good quality exterior primer will greatly increase the life of your chairs. Pay close attention to be bottom of the feet as that is were you absorb
the most moisture.
