Does anyone have recommendations for a durable and easy-to-apply finish for a desk that I’m making from Brazilian Cherry?  I’ve had these amazing boards in my shop for over 20 years and I finally have a project that deserves this beautiful wood.  I don’t have much experience with finishes and would like not to ruin the project by picking the wrong finish.  Thanks for your help, oh Collective Wisdom!
