I’ve put two coats of boiled linseed oil cut about 30% with turpentine on the chairs so far. Is anything alse needed? The chairs may occasionally get wet.

Mahogany is an excellent choice for outdoor furniture because it is highly weather resistant. The question you have to ask yourself is how much maintenance do you want to commit yourself to? You can add a marine-grade spar varnish over the linseed oil, for added protection, but that will mean you'll have to sand and recoat every couple of years. Do nothing and the furniture will turn silvery gray and hold up just fine, if it's well built.
