I’ve made a table for my daughters patio. The patio is roofed but open on all sides. The temperature at her place in the summer is consistently 95 to 100 degrees. Any recommendations on finish ?

I wouldn't add any finish. Nothing will hold up, especially on a horizontal surface, for very long. Revel in natural wood.
