Am in the process of moving inside a smallish custom home for a client..want to do something unusual and nice for all inside trim (windows, doors, etc.). Ceilings are old long leaf, some pressed tin, etc. Have beau coup old long-leaf, locally milled pecan and cedar, etc….so cool wood no problem. What I am hoping for are some pics of unusual installations I can draw ideas from. Halp! Thanks……….Jeffe

Hi Jeffe,
Sounds like a very exciting job!
One of the resources I use for finding visual references is a Google Image search.
Use some of the terms in your question in the Google query and select "images" for your search instead of "web".
Good luck,
Darrell
Darrell....thanks! Ya know, I didn't think about G. images...of course I use G. a lot, but not so much the images function. I will try it.Yes, is a cool project, imagine a dog trot, but with two 500 sq.ft. boxes canted 15 deg, in at the front with the front corners cut off at a 45......2 double doors are there....local cedar board and batten, etc. Way cool project........thanks again. a loyal F W W fan......:) Jeff
Jeff - I would love to see some images of the project when finished - could you post some images at that point?
thanks,
Darrell
Hey, I would love to post some pics....better still, I can have my wife make a blank web page and post pics there, thus I need only send you a url. Actually, I was already thinking along these lines...If I can get it together (like I don't have much to do!LOL) I will give it a try to get something up in the next few days at which time I will send you a url for your purview. I'll post to it as time goes on....this project is being built pretty much a stick at a time using what I call the 'good ol' boy' network - just cant beat it...really good workers, talented, good friend as lead carpenter til we get inside, that parts pretty much mine! Thanks for your quick response and your interest, is much appreciated.More soon..........:) Jeffe
