Don't finish it at all, it wont water spot it will take on a very nice weathered look. I suspect though that you are not talking about rain but rather the occasional splash from a hose or the sprinklers when the weather conditions are warm and the water dries quickly. In this case, use an oil based exterior stain or a good water sealer like Thompsons, (I just know I'm gonna catch heck for saying that).

Teak doesn't have to be finished - it weathers well.
If I were going to apply a finish, I'd use the same thing boaters use - an exterior varnish. Either sikkens.com, penofin.com, or epifanes.com - all have good products.
