We need to laminate 4×8 sheets of fire rated 5/8″ MDF into 1 1/4″ thick sheets, we have a press. PVA glue doesn’t seem to work; any ideas?
Thank-you

Unibond 800 should work well. Scuff sand both surfaces just prior to pressing.
RF (resorcinol formaldehyde) or UF (urea formaldehyde) glue will work, although you need to scuff the mating surfaces with a sander to get a better glue bond
