Hi, I’m building a bathroom vanity for the first time. I’m just wondering if common 2×4 board would be good to use for some of it? I’m mostly concerned about humidity warping the wood in the future.

I would only consider it for constructing a leveling base, but even for that I would prefer something else—specifically the Euro-style leveling feet. That way if the room floods you can open it up so it can dry.
2x4's don't have much use in cabinet work.
What do you think you need them for?
I agree with everything Moonshot said. Leveling feet are really a good way to go and avoids all the hassle with building a base, shimming, etc.
The 2x4 are only for the base, I was thinking about doing a cove curve cut on the 2x4’s for a decorative look. I would’ve like to do the leveling feet but unfortunately, whoever put the laminate wood flooring in, worked around the vanity exposing the old floor beneath.
The Euro style legs that are being mentioned have clips that will let you attach 1x material as a faceboard/toe kick thus concealing the floor issue the same as your 2x4 base which would pose many potential pitfalls.

I like that, thank you
Sorry I'm not understanding what you're talking about.
Normally a base is made of 1x4's or 2x4's to set the cabinet boxes on and a face board is fastened to the base.
It will also help to explain how you're building it.
I’m just wondering if I use 2x4’s (common board), if in the future it’s going to cause issues, such as warping, cracking..etc. if used for a bathroom vanity?
To prevent the issues you address, the 2x4's you buy and use should be completely dry. Many home center piles contain 'wet' 2x4's and these will cause problems if you build before they are allowed to dry. If you build the vanity with good dry lumber and then seal the interior frame to keep moisture out, you shouldn't have any warping, cracking, etc..
It will take a long time for 2x4s to dry out properly. It might take a year.
If you use them to build a separate base that the cabinet is simply sitting on top of, its likely OK. But if they are going to be part of the cabinet itself, I wouldn't do it. I'd probably pick up some 8/4 poplar if it will be interior components, or painted.
Thanks I think I’ll make the base out of the 2x4 and sit the cabinet on top.
