I have mainly done case work, but I recently decided to attempt a chair. It is looking great so far, I nearly have all the frame work complete. I am looking for some info on attaching a solid wood seat. I am worried about the wood movement. I do know that its recommended that you use a stable wood, but it seems any movement could cause problems.
THANK YOU

That'll depend a lot on what you have designed/constructed already. Maybe post a pic?

I will get my wife to post the pic. I can barely know how to turn this computer on.
