I’m trying to make a built-in “chip trays” for a poker table. Using a 1 9/16 dia core box router bit, makes a nice tray, but the ends of the tray are round. I want to make the trays “flat” ended so the chips can stand upright. Does anyone know a technique to do this ?

Tom,
Mark out the end of the trough and cut it in with a sharp chisel. Works like a Wheel. Have fun.
