   Not sure this will help but maybe you could contact this company...

   I have nothing to do with them but they offer ALOT of stuff! Could be they have a source for what you have in mind.

   Buy a cheap set and grind off the bits you don't need? The plainest patterns might even be narrow enough that you wouldn't have to remove anything.

   Another thought might be to look at the knife making suppliers.

   Hi Tom,
   Did you ever find a good source for cutlery parts? I'm looking for the same and not finding any good sources. Any advice will be much appreciated.
