I have a Titan 3 stage HVLP blower, and use an Accu-spray #10 HVLP gun. I really like the blower, and love the gun, but the hose that came with the Titan blower is too stiff and has taken a memory set which makes the thing a beast to use, kinda like wrestling an Anaconda. Can anyone suggest a more flexible hose.
Thanks, Jim

Fuji makes a flexible hose whip. I think it is 6' or 8' long. makes a big difference.

Mudman is right that a flexible whip makes a huge difference. If the main hose is still a problem, check with your local Sherman Williams store and any dealer than handles HVLP products and parts and they should be able to provide you with a quality hose. Make sure the ID is the correct size for your unit.
I would be interested in your solution.I have tried to find a swivel 90 deg. quick connect so the hose could follow your arm back and out of the way, no luck so far.
I usually loop the hose around the back of my neck and under the oposite arm . That way the hose dosent pull on the gun. I am thinking of using a bungy cord from the ceiling to support the hose about 4 feet from the gun. but on large jobs, a whole kitchen for example, that wouldn't be mobile enough.

I suspend the hose from the ceiling from two pulleys that rides on taunt cables spaced 10 feet apart. That provides sufficient spacing that hose won't come in contact with any of the pieces. I leave enough slack from the ceiling so the whip hangs down from the gun providing better balance. Usually however, I don't bother and simply trail the hose behind me. It is very long and flexible and doesn't cause any problems as long as I am always aware on where the hose is relative to my work.
