Been looking for that super short flush cut router bit that Mike Pekovich uses to clean up the bottom of his dovetails. I purchased a cheap one but it seems to be about a 32nd off.
Thanks !

I checked it out on mikes video and it sure looks like a white side bit.
That is actually a template or pattern bit, not a flush cut. IOW top bearing vs. bottom bearing.
Check routerbits.com and look under template bits I'm sure you'll find it. Some refer to it as a dado bottom cleaning bit.
I checked and here's what you're probably looking for. https://www.holbren.com/Whiteside_Machine_3000
Thats it , appreciate it !
I use Whiteside ones like rwe2156 linked to for these types of tasks. Do enough different things and you will find having an array of these from 1/8" through 1/2" very useful.
If it matters, I go to MLCS or EagleAmerica, especially the latter. On either site there's no shipping.

I bought an Amana 45475, 3/8" (amazon.ca)that works very well. 3/8 is a good balance between cutter length and minimum wood thickness. As GeeDubBee suggested an assortment is nice but 3/8 is a good all purpose length.
"an assortment is nice but 3/8 is a good all purpose length."
Amusing side note . . . I find I grab a 3/8" chisel more often than plenty of others. 3/8"; the magic size? ;-))
Ballewsaw.com has free shipping on Whiteside bits.
I've made the template/pattern bit snafu before. I wound up just swapping out for a bearing of the appropriate size. Cheaper than buying another bit.
