Hi I am just visiting from Fine Cooking and need some help for a woodworking project, yep, I have great ideas, no skills except when it comes to finishing and fabric work.
Does anyone know where I can find a woodworking plan or pattern for a folding, scissors, child’s camp stool or even an adult version that can be adapted by my woodworker.
I have looked, but just found a photo of what I am looking for. I like the stool pictured, but I would change the spindles, maybe and paint them the same color as the rest of the wood.

I'm sorry, I don't know where you would find plans for a stool like but if you tell me how high and how large you want the seat, I'll draw one up for you.
Hey, thanks for the offer! At present, we have a rough drawing with measurements of 11x11x12 and I found that another said it is 8" off the floor. I'm confused! Maybe a rough mock-up would be appropriate before we spend money on decent wood.
I might be back for your help and thanks again.
It is a cute gift for grand children, don't you think? I have some great Western fabrics that I will fuse to canvas and that should make it pretty sturdy for little bouncing butts.
I'll be back, I am sure, as I always have something for my woodworker to work on.The smallest thing well done, becomes artistic.
Yeah, it is cute. A plan with those dimensions is no more than a 10 minute job so let me know.
Thanks again...I'll let you know if what we have in mind works. DH has some interest in woodworking, but he has to work in the garage so when it is hot, the projects are small.
He has a drawing done and since he works at a "home improvement store" part-time, getting some scrap wood is not a problem.
Little does he know that I am now on the hunt for a child's play teepee pattern! That is mostly fabric, so I can probably do the job myself.
I'll get back to you, at least with a picture of the final project. The smallest thing well done, becomes artistic.
