Does anyone know where I can get plans (free plans, I hope) for a kitchen table that would fold down against the wall when not in use? Mostly, I’m interested in what sort of hardware one would use and how the legs would have to be configured.

...this is one of the most interesting tables I have seen (...OK...and the plans are free is a bonus) I would like to build this just because it is such a neat looking table and I have no need for it!!!! Good luck in your search.
