I’m looking for a formula to determine the miter and bevel angles to cut crown molding for non-square corners such as 45 degrees, etc. I have a compound miter saw. Either the DeWalt manual doesn’t cover this or I don’t understand it – probably the latter.

The starrett protractor is excellent for doing this task. They have a small and large one from 49-69 bucks worth the money.
If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it.
And if it stops moving, subsidize it.
