Folks,
I scammed something cool today. 50 raised cherry panels 11×17 already sanded for $1 a piece. I would like to use then for some wainscotting in a foyer. I have never made wainscotting. Does anyone know a good reference on how to do this.
thanks,

if you can borrow issue #128, jan 2000, of Fine Homebuilding there is a nice article an wainscotting - I'm going to try to post a picture of some paneling I've been working on -

Biscardi,
Speaking of Frenchy, I haven't come across any of his post since the changeover. Did he change his name in the move? Always' enjoy his post!
What a deal on the panels, and sanded too!

for everyones information - Frenchy is hustling to get a phase of his timber frame done (got the first SIP installed yesterday and it fit!) before the permit expires in a month and hasn't had the time to fight thru the registration process for the new board - he sends his greetings to all and registers his reservations about the nature of the change in the community - hopefully he'll be back - -
