Hi, I am seeking some advice for some restoration work i need to do on our beautiful mid-century dining table and chairs.
As you can see in the pictures, one of the sides panels has come off the dining table. What would be the best way to fix this?
Further, the joints in the chairs are loose and some appear to have had an (unsuccessful glue job) – what would be the best way of strengthening the joints?
Appreciative of any advice as I am new to the restoration space! 🙂
Thanks in advance.

I can't see the photos.
You're files are formatted as High Efficiency Image Format (HEIF), a file format most commonly used to store photos on iOS devices. Please convert to .jpeg for us so we don't have to.
There are two outstanding YouTube channels that might help you. Thomas Johnson (Goram Maine) and Fixing Furniture. Can't see your photos but they both have lots of videos and both individuals are sensitive in how they restore and repair things.
Apologies about the photo format - please see attached photos
The edge banding is probably teak. If you don't have the original piece then that would be a good wood to try. Clean it up and glue it back on. If wood then PVA glue if plastic then probably epoxy.
The chairs are a challenge.
You really need to get them to come apart if you can, clean out all the old glue and make the joints nice and tight again - this may require gluing on a little veneer then planing to a perfect fit.
If you can't get them apart (and seriously, you DO want to try to) then you will have to clean out as much of the goo as you can, get as much wood exposed to clean as you can and use epoxy and clamps to bring back together. Try not to do this though as it will fail again fairly quickly unless you are very lucky.
