I purchased the FW archive at the reduced price.  I received an empty thumb drive and have not been able to get a response from AIM Media.  Has anyone else had this problem?  I did reach them by home on 01/16/2025 and was told to send a screen shot of the directory to the thumb drive ( a screen shot of an empty directory).  I also was told that I was the fourth Mac user to have a problem with the thumb drive.  I called this morning and the recording informed me that the customer service department  hours are now 8 am to 12 pm Monday thru Thursday and do not expect an answer to emails for at least a week later.
