Anyone having issues with the iPad app – last week the app logged me off, wouldn’t take my email when I tried to log back in (’email not found’), and today it has deleted the logon button (!) so I can’t even try to logon. All I can do is subscribe. I can see some of my prior purchases but would have to pay for new issues (I’m already a subscriber so won’t be doing this). I sent an email to customer (dis)service, after 4 days without reply called, talked to someone who said that someone (else) is working on the app. That was 3 days ago, needless to say no luck – it’s still broken. What a pain….

I am having similar problems. I see no way to confirm my membership level is correct or my expiration date. It seems like my print subscription might expire on a different schedule than my online member access to everything. If it worked properly And it was possible I would not want the print version.
Ditto. I am no longer recognised an an unlimited member, and cannot download magazines with the iPad app.
I have written twice to customer service, without reply.

I had the same issue in September. I contacted customer service. My password was reset and since then all is well.
Talked to a (very helpful) CSR, issue fixed with a temp. coupon code. Tech issues with the app, being worked on, have to wait some more I think.
