Today and tonight I have been unable to access any of the Fine Woodworking videos. I get the message, “The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.”
This is a new occurrence for me, and I’m wondering if it’s at my end or if others are also experiencing it.

Not much help but, videos are playing fine with the builtin player under Firefox with Win 10.
I occasionally note complaints on this site when all does not work perfectly with the online content. But I have to tell you that Ben Strano replied promptly after I listed my concern and worked steadily to help me resolve it within a day, even though the issue was likely coming from my end. I appreciate not only the incredible content that Ben and his FWW colleagues deliver day after day, but also the attention and effort they give in responding to all of us on the other end.

Thanks Tim! We certainly have our week spots, our blind spots, and our bad days, but the crew here is really passionate about Fine Woodworking, in all of it's forms. We try and be on the spot and when we can't, we try and make things right. Our audience is incredible, and that means we have to listen to them when they're saying something important. Technology isn't always working in our favor, and there are times when I know I don't see issues on the website because I'm so used to navigating it. We really do value outside input, especially when it's as constructive and respectful as your messages were!
