Hello
I’ve been a subscriber to the Fine Woodworking magazines for a few years and love every monthly post. Like many woodworking enthusiasts, each publication adds to my precious collection of magazines.
For a second period of time, I receive the publications in the mail without an envelope and worse, with the shipping label on the front cover. This is very disappointing for a product of this quality.
Please correct this situation quickly.
Thank you for your cooperation.
PS. For your information, I am also a subscriber to Fine Homebuilding magazines and with the same problem. I am a Canadian resident.

Mine also come unwrapped, with the label on the cover. In the US
I'd like to think it results in less waste coming this way now. I think the last two have come this way and arrived in good shape. If there was a problem with a mangled in the mail copy, I'd like to think a phone call to FWW would quickly get another copy in the mail. And yes, I try to look at things in general in a positive manner.
