Hi,
I recently purchased a used General 350 table saw and discovered saw blade was not aligned with the miter slot. I loosened all the bolts and kept one snug and twisted the table as far as it would go and gained some but it is still out of alignment. Do I have any options other than boring the mounting holes on the cabinet larger to allow more adjustment? Advance thanks for any guidance.

First try loosening all 4 bolts and see if you can rotate it enough. The snug bolt may have prevented that corner from moving as much as it can.
If that isn't enough, you can file the holes oblong with a round file. Probably safer than drilling them without using a drill press -- lots of chance for the bit to catch.
Thanks-I tried removing all the bolts and I aligned the blade but couldn't all the bolts back in. Then I realigned the bolt holes, and put in all the bolts loosely and twisted the table to the point where there was tension on all the bolts but it wasn't enough to align the blade.
Are you sure the trunions are bolted to the base ? The exploded views I see show them attached to the table, so they would need to be loosened from the table since they all move together unlike the Unisaw. This thread seems to suggest that : https://www.finewoodworking.com/forum/delta-ts350-table-saw-alignment-adju?srsltid=AfmBOopmNGRVNaMyj7TXT5RRtuQu6e6uTDQazJBuT2eNuCuYsXx23nTV
Thanks-the link you provided refers to a Delta TS350 contractors saw. I have a General 350 cabinet saw.
The bolts on the trunnions may be the cause. On your table saw they are bolted/attached to the base on the top of the case. You will need to remove the tabletop to get access to these. It may be just one side, or trunnion front or back that is loose. Start looking for a manual for this saw. it will help in the future.
I was able to get into the cabinet and check the trunnions mounting bolts-all are tight and there is no vibration when the saw runs.
I have the same saw, about 40 years old. In the manual, the only instruction is to do what you have already done. Loosen the 4 corner bolts and move the table until the blade is in the center of the insert and parallel to mitre gauge groove. If you loosen the trunnion bolts can you get a bit of movement in the opposite direction to what you moved the table?
All-thank you for your replies. I ground the threads from the mounting bolts just after the heads to create a little more leeway and all is well now.
