I would like to edge glue several pieces of Brazilian Walnut together to make a panel. What kind of glue woorks the best for this type of wood?

I have used yellow glue on this wood(Ipe) but I wiped the surface with acetone first. The usual glue for this type of wood is epoxy or a polyurethane glue like Gorilla glue.
