Hi:
I used to use a glue for vacuum veneering, somthing like “unibond 2000” . can’t remember the correct name or where to buy some. Anybody know what I’m looking for and where to get it? I have a job that requires a fair amount of veneer and have not liked the results with regular yello glue[too much creep, too much water]. Last I knew you had to buy a gallon. That would be ok. Thanks, Robert in Mendocino, Ca.

For a lot of bent lamination work, I prefer Epoxy. This is the source I use. mainly for price. They have lots of hardeners that mix with the resin to get certain properties. The 1-1 ratio is already pretty thick, and very forgiving as far as mixing ratio is concerned. Although I use the 2-1 ratio, and mix colloidal silica to get the thickness that I am after.
