glue question

Hi everyone,

I was doing some trim and casing work in my home and I tried Titebond’s “Molding and Trim Glue.” It is crazy thick and will not run.

My question is has any one here tried it and why couldn’t I use it for other woodworking projects?

The only drawback I see is, it has a very short open time. Its other particulars are, it is not suitable for outdoors or water exposure.

I've used it on a couple of projects where I wanted quick and strong tack. Most of the time, though, I'm crying out for plenty of open time.

forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)
