I’m making one of those neighborhood library boxes. This will hold children’s books and the kids can take a book, leave one, etc. It will be painted and put on a post by the neighborhood mailboxes (outside, exposed to rain, etc.)
I’m making it out of 1/2″ treated plywood. I think the plywood is made for sub-flooring. I’m adding some corner supports – these are pine 3/4″ x 3/4″ strips to add strength to the corners.
My question is about attaching the strips. So far I’ve just used TB-III to glue the strips. Is this enough? Do I need to add screws?
Any other tips?

It wouldn't hurt to add screw or nails. That's what beekeepers do when making their hive boxes that are out in the weather. Screws or nails that are treated so they don't rust.
I would use screws instead of just glue. I'd probably have gone with construction adhesive over TB3.
Is it pressure treated plywood?
Yes, pressure treated plywood (I think). It has that greenish treated wood color and the label says "not ground contact rated" or similar words. I wondered if I was late on posting this question (construction adhesive probably a good idea).
Definitely add the screws.
I would prefer polyurethane adhesive - maximum strength is not required, but absolute waterproofness (?) is.
Screws hold these parts better Tape won't adhere well
