I need someone to tell me if there is any glue that will bond Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight plastic. I need to stack up some 3/4 inch pieces to make a fence on a jig and screwing them together is not an option. Thank you very much.

I think that the glue used to join DuPont Corian at the seams (in a countertop application) will work.
*John, I think thatyou are out of luck on this one. UHMWPE is slick stuff and I cna't think of any adhesive that will bond well to it. You could try contact cement, I think that they use an epoxy to bond Corian and epoxy won't stick to polyethylene. Good Luck. Bob
*I have used 3M spray90 contact cement to adhere uhmw poly to steel in order to build up a truable surface on the beam of my excalibur crosscut table- still is tight several years down the road.
