I usually purchase Irwin and/or Dewalt drill bits; however, my local big box store does not carry metric sizes. I have a specific project coming up, which I will need metric drill bits ranging from 30mm down to 2mm.
Due to the latter, I have looked on line, but not sure about brands. What are good brands that are in the price point of Dewalt and Irwin? I do not not need Festool quality, but I do not want junk, so middle of the road is fine for me and this project.
Thank you

Fisch, Lee Valley or Woodriver. Fisch is very well known for their metric bradpoint drill bits. One of the best brands out there imo. I use them for guitar building. Woodriver by Woodcraft Supply has an assortment of pen maker bradpoint bits, both in metric and fractional inches as well. Very accurate and fairly priced. Lee Valley Tools has an assortment of drill bits both in metric and fractional. I have used the Fisch and Woodriver brand. Both are exceptional. I am not experienced with the Lee Valley bits but the brand is very well known for their quality. There might be others but hope my suggestions helps.
A bit higher price than irwin, I really like my norseman bits, I don't have metric but know they make them.
