I am building a grandfather clock. I want the base to look like the attached picture. I can make the cove of S molding on the table saw, but I am at a loss as far as the transition and the other portion of the molding. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

I would draw the profiles out in full scale. The picture is grainy, making it open to interpretation. There's a molding on top and one on bottom of the 'S' molding obviously. It may take a few router bits to make up one molding but they both look similar.
