I’ve just finished watching Greg Paolini’s router mortice piece – and I was struck by his work bench and the toggle clamp he used,,,

Is there more information to be had?

As I recall . . .

. . . he did a series of videos during construction. If that is what you watched, that's it, as far as I know.
