Large drum sanders are almost exclusively used in production shops that specialize in kitchen cabinets, and are rarely, if ever, seen in smaller shops. The machine you are looking at has a 5 horsepower motor so it will certainly need a dedicated 230 volt circuit and a substantial dust collector.
So, unless you are planning to go heavily into the kitchen cabinet trade, I doubt if you will find the machine useful for other projects and worth the investment in money and the trouble of installing it.
Also, although you haven't asked, the smaller open sided machines that you might consider as an alternative have very limited capacity and are nearly useless except to finish highly figured woods that tear out when planed. If you try to use a smaller machine to finish a cabinet door you can spend an hour per door taking minutely deeper passes to prevent the machine from stalling.
