Grizzly G0452 Jointer – any comments?

I just saw a note in the new American Woodworker on the Grizzly G0452 6″ jointer for $325. Looks like a good machine. It was not a review – just a note on new tools and a couple of specs. It also includes a built in mobile base. They title the unit “Unbelievable Jointer Value”
Anyone have any experience with this unit? Is it a good jointer?
1 – measure the board twice, 2 – cut it once, 3 – measure the space where it is supposed to go 4 – get a new board and go back to step 1

I don't think it's available yet, probrably not till Jan 1- it's not on their website. They're closing out the current model (G1182HW) for $315 + shipping. Might be worth a phone call to see when the new model will be available.
I like my G1182ZHW, not sure how or if it differs from the G1182HW you mention...
