i’m building this workbench (pdf file below) with my grandson this weekend. i have a question:
in the bottom right corner of page one – the long side view of the bench – the holes for the threaded rods show two different measurements from the floor. the leg on the right shows a distance of 9 3/16ths from the floor and the leg on the left shows a distance of 9 inches even. i can think of no reason why these numbers should differ by 3/16ths of an inch.
is this a typo, or am i missing something?? my apologies if this has already been covered elsewhere.
thanks for any help you can offer.

9 in. to the bottom of the stretchers and 9-3/16 in. to the center of the hole for the 3/8 in. threaded rod.
It's subtle but the extension line for the 9-3/16 in. dimension crosses the hole and there's a horizontal dimension given there to locate the hole across the width of the face or the leg.
dave,
thanks for getting back to me. i get it.
