Hammacher Tool cabinet, newbie question

Hello All
New to the site and need some help, I want to build myself a combined tool bench/cabinet like the Hammacher one .I have an old copy of the ad but need some more details. Has anyone here made something similar or does anyone have any pictures of one

EDIT:: I just looked.. Seems it also has a VICE in there! Dang! May cost ya a BIT more than $60.00 though!
