   Last time I ordered from Grizz my order was delivered the next day- The email confirm came the day after! Those UPS guys are fast!

   I order from them on a fairly regular basis. As you mentioned the last two orders I did not receive an email confirmation. First time I emailed them to make sure order went thru. Received supplies next day. Second time I didn't bother and received supplies within a week I believe. I wouldn't worry too much , I suppose they have made changes that we are not aware of, I miss the free tool or supplies they used to give you each internet order. I got two baby anvils free, was hoping to get more for paper weights.

   I'm hoping that they (or the carrier) contact me. I ordered a 300# Table Saw & I need to make arrangements to be home from work to receive it.

   What will happen on that is that the freight handler will contact you indicating that they want to set up a delivery and be sure someone is there to accept/unload. They will send a card telling you to call the freight handler if they don't get a response by phone.

   My last Grizz order delivered by freight took about 4 or 5 days to get to the freight company. I elected to pick it up at the depot rather than having them deliver. It was easier than trying to schedule, you know, "sometime between midnight and 20:00 hours.(:-)

   I ordered a 17" bs a few weeks back and did not receive a confirming E-mail. They said orders in by noon ship the same day. I called customer service the next day and they gave me the order number and the number of the carrier hauling it. They told me 3 day delivery and thats what it took. They were very nice. My first order experience was a pleasant one.

   I just ordered a table saw from them...I got an email confirmation the same day I placed the order.  I also got a email telling me the unit had shipped (next day) and a call from the freight company to schedule drop off.  All in all, it was a pretty nice experience.

   Things may be kinda crazy over at Grizzly -- they're summer sale is getting into gear, yes?forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)Another proud member of the  "I Rocked With ToolDoc Club" .... :>)

   Well, I finally heard from Grizzly today. My Table Saw is expected to arrive on Monday. Boy, I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas!
