Haven't use that particular version but we did make a very similar clamp years ago and if ours worked I would have to say theirs will as well.
Would you not buy them if no one had any experience with them? I often buy soemthing and check it out and return it if it isn't what I need. These clamps have been availble for years and have been advertised in the trade journals like Custom Woodworking and such. Not to be confused with the hobby mags such as FWW and the like. The trade journals are free publications for folks in the business. Basically advertising the latest products 10 years before they trickle down to FWW.
