   hi. do you think this is a good scroll saw? I am kind of worried as i didn't really do any research on it as i didn't plan on buying one. impulse buy.

   Yes, it is a good saw.  I don't have one,  but I still know that it is a very fine tool, upper upper end.  Be happy.

   Post #2 was my tongue-in-cheek way of say "Ya got a good one!"

   There are a few scroll saw forums on the internet.  Just Woodworking.com used to be very active, but has slowed down since the magazine went belly-up.  Still, it's a good place to go and get advice, and search the archives.

   MSN Groups has several, and I think the portrait group probably has quite a few pros participating.  Here's the list of MSN groups.
