Help adjusting a Rockwell RT 30 Table Saw
I recently rescued a Rockwell RT 30 table saw which was destined for the scrap pile. It appears to be in decent condition and could have many many years of service left. The only problem is I am unable to get the saw blade to adjust to the 90 degree position in relation to the table surface. I removed the pivot stops but still the blade stops just short of 90 degrees. I looked underneath and did not see anything else that might be interfering with the pivot operation. it just seems as if the blade tilting handwheel has tilted the blade as far as it can go. I turned the blade by hand and it does not appear to be bent. I have plugged it in and run the motor. It sounds like a brand new machine. Any ideas?

There are bushings attached to the shaft of the hand wheels, they may be stopping the full motion.
Thanks
will try
