Now I’m in trouble. I had a hard time getting my new Amana stacked
blade set on my arbor for my table saw. I was brilliant enough to keep
trying until I got it on there. Now, of course, it will not come off.
T9, Silicon Spray, and mild sanding of the arbor with 600 grit have failed.
Sure hope I don’t have to disassemble my saw.
Has anybody prevailed through this problem without destroying the
blade ?
Thanks in advance.

Take a rubber mallet or a lite deadblow hammer and tap on the blade towards the arbour.Do this gently but firmly.Sounds counter productive, but it used to work for me when removing frozen motorcycle sprockets.Rotate the blade while you are tapping.

1. WD-40 on the arbor
2. wooden shims or a helper applying constant pressure to move the blades out.
3. blows on the arbor end (use wood block or some other protection) to vibrate it.
4. if possible, rotate blades on the arbor while doing all the above.
good luck,

Try rotating the outer blade in the same direction as you did when you loosened the arbor nut. Then, you may need to "walk" it off. Sometimes, there's an edge on the blade from punching out the arbor hole that can catch the threads and when you make the cut, it acts like you tightened it onto the arbor.
